# New owners for Site5
Site5 is now under new ownership! Our new owners are enthusiastic about Site5, and there are wonderful things in store in the upcoming months. Do not worry though! The same great, friendly staff you have been interacting with are still here!
Included in the blog entries and forum thread are messages from the founders of Site5 as well as messages from the new owners.
As such, the Service Agreement to which you agreed to during the order checkout process has been modified to incorporate the new official company name and address. No other changes have been made to the Service Agreement.
